ISO Burning Guide

 

Burning an ISO file in Windows 7 and Windows 8:

1.       Download the ISO file.

2.       While you download the file, insert a blank CD or DVD into your drive.

3.       Once the file downloads, right click the file and click “Burn Disc Image.”

4.       Make sure that the Disc Burner is your disc drive.

5.       Check the box next to “Verify disc after burning.”

6.       Click “Burn.”

7.       The burning process should take a few minutes.  Your CD/DVD should automatically eject when complete.

 

Burning an ISO file in Windows XP and Windows Vista:

1.       Download the ISO file.

2.       While you download the file, insert a blank CD or DVD into your drive.

3.       Download Active@ ISO Burner and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

4.       Once the installation completes, open the Active@ ISO Burner Program.

5.       Click on the “…” button on the top right corner and select the ISO file that you downloaded.  Select “Open.”

6.       Make sure that the Target field is your disc drive with the blank disc.

7.       In the Options menu, place a checkmark in the “Verify Data” box.  Select “Ok.”

8.       Select “Burn.”  The burning process should take a few minutes.  Your CD/DVD should automatically eject when complete.

9.       Remove the disc and close Active@ ISO Burner.
