DyKnow Error:You have an incorrect password

Issue Summary: 
You are unable to login to DyKnow and you get the above error message.

1.  Check to make sure you have DyKnow installed.  

a.       Open DyKnow.

b.       Select "Communication Settings" on the DyKnow sign on screen

c.       Select "Resources" on the left sidebar

d.       Your DyKnow version is listed under the "About DyKnow" section

3.  Your new user id is the same as your PID.

4.  Your new password is initially set to your PID. 

If you are still unable to login:  Reset your Dyknow password
