Fujitsu T900 touch screen and/or pen not working (Windows 7)

Issue Summary: 
The touch screen functionality of a T900 is not working at all. Pen may or may not work.
  1. Press "WindowsKey + R" to open the Run Prompt
    1. Enter "devmgmt.msc" and click OK
    2. You should now be in the "Device Manager" (you may need to click allow on a message box first)
    3. Expand the list for "Mice and other pointing Devices"
    4. Right click on any "Wacom" devices
    5. Click "Uninstall"
    6. Expand the list for "Human Interface Devices"
    7. Right click on any "Wacom" devices
    8. Click "Uninstall"
    9. Do NOT restart yet
    10. Close the "Device Manager"
  2. Go to "Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program"
    1. Uninstall "ISD Tablet" (if available)
    2. Restart if required
  3. Go to "Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program"
    1. Uninstall "Pen Tablet"
    2. Restart if required
  4. Download the Fujitsu automatic driver installer
    1. Follow the website directions to select your tablet model
    2. You should get to a page that has link for "DeskUpdate: Automatic driver update"
    3. Click the link to download to tool
    4. Run the tool and follow the instructions to install all of the drivers needed for your tablet
  5. Restart if required and you should be done
