SWAT is closing early on November 22nd, at 1pm We will reopen after Thanksgiving Break on Monday, December 2nd 9:00am

Engineering Computer Requirement: The computer requirement has received a major update. Please visit our Computer Requirement page for more information.

Google Services Information - The university has transitioned mail and calendar services from Google to Microsoft.
- Google Drive has a 5GB storage limit
- Google Photos can no longer be accessed. 
- Google Shared Drives must have a faculty/staff sponsor in order to prevent their deletion

Our office is currently offering support in person and remotely. All support requires a ticket in ServiceNow.
    ✓ In-person support –  Stop by our office anytime during business hours.
    ✓ Remote support by appointment via Zoom, during business hours. Please email swat@vt.edu to schedule an appointment
    ✓ Loaning Pickup/Dropoff – No appointment needed during business hours. For pickup, remember to bring your proof of repair.
Self-service is also available via SWAT and 4help tutorials.
