Microsoft storages changes are coming 2025 For more information, visit this page. Major notes:
-10gb limit for Exchange Online (includes email) and OneDrive
-Student-owned shared resources in Microsoft 365 will need to be transferred to a department

Google Services Information - The university has transitioned mail and calendar services from Google to Microsoft.
- Google Drive has a 5GB storage limit
- Google Photos can no longer be accessed.
- Google Shared Drives must have a faculty/staff sponsor in order to prevent their deletion

Our office is currently offering support in person and remotely. All support requires a ticket in ServiceNow.

✓ Remote support by appointment via Zoom, during business hours. Please email swat@vt.edu to schedule an appointment
✓ Loaning Pickup/Dropoff – No appointment needed during business hours. For pickup, remember to bring your proof of repair.
Self-service is also available via SWAT and 4help tutorials.
