Our office has been relocated to 2045 Torgersen Hall for the remainder of the Fall semester
Google Transition Information - The university is in the process of transitioning mail, calendar, and storage services from Google to Microsoft.
- Google Drive will have a 5GB storage limit
- Google Photos will be discontinued - existing photos will count toward your 5GB limit if not removed
- Shared Drives will be discontinued

Our office is currently offering support in person and remotely. All support requires a ticket in ServiceNow.
✓ In-person support – Stop by our office anytime during business hours.
✓ Remote support by appointment via Zoom, during business hours. Please email swat@vt.edu to schedule an appointment
✓ Loaning Pickup/Dropoff – No appointment needed during business hours. For pickup, remember to bring your proof of repair.
Self-service is also available via SWAT and 4help tutorials.
