Software Assistance Triage (SWAT)

This Spring our office is offering support in person and remotely. All support requires a ticket in ServiceNow.
    ✓ In-person support –  seating is limited, if possible call ahead for availability.
    ✓ Remote support by appointment via Zoom.
    ✓ Loaning Pickup/Dropoff – No appointment needed. Be sure to bring your proof of repair.
Self-service is also available via SWAT and 4help tutorials.
Apple and Microsoft are now starting to offer Laptops without Intel Processors. Please do not purchase these, as they currently do not meet the requirement and will not run all engineering software.
