SWAT is closed for Winter break We reopen at 9am on Tuesday, January 20th
We have a troubleshooting page for Solidworks If you still need assistance, you can submit a ticket by clicking on the "Request Help" button above or visit our office in Torgersen 2080 (no appointment necessary).
Our office is currently offering support in person and remotely. All support requires a ticket in ServiceNow.
✓ In-person support – Stop by our office anytime during business hours.
✓ Remote support by appointment via Zoom, during business hours. Please email swat@vt.edu to schedule an appointment
✓ Loaning Pickup/Dropoff – No appointment needed during business hours. For pickup, remember to bring your proof of repair.
Self-service is also available via SWAT and 4help tutorials.
