The SWAT Team assists students in the College of Engineering with software installation, driver issues, hardware problems and networking issues. You can go to our online help desk and fill out a brief request for the support you need. Someone will get back to you shortly and schedule an appointment for you to bring your machine by our office in 2080 Torgerson for assistance. In case of computer issues that do not allow you to submit a ticket electronically, you can call us at (540) 231-7815 between 10am and 4pm. You can also email us at swat@vt.edu.
